/PE Versus VC/

Over the last couple of weeks I have seen and talked a lot to firms on the VC and PE front

there is a big difference in this and also there is a big difference on how they want you to deal with the company.

Private equity is commonly mistaken with venture capital because both relate to firms that invest in companies and exit by selling their equity ownership, such as through initial public offerings (IPOs). However, there are substantial distinctions in how the two types of funding organizations conduct business.

I will write on my finding here over the weekend whilst travelling as I think it is an interesting discussion what is right for a company.

It is funny that I have learned a lot about this a few months ago in a completely different capacity and that is very useful now.
