/Stand up straight like a crab.. and London calling.
last Night in San Francisco.
City of.. well what ??
New York is the Concrete Jungle where dreams are made of
LA is the city of dreams to become an actor.
San Francisco .. what is it.. I heard today is the city where you are considered poor if you have an disposable income less of 160.000 after mortgage and taxes. Wow.
Its such a conflicting city to me.. you can wear hoodies and people dont judge - for people that know me thats great -
But you also see so much poverty and crime next to a billionaire in tech that is is hard to grasp.
I guess the fact that people wear the same cloth make it more in your face.. we wear the same but I sleep on the street and I live in a massive gated house in Sil. valley.
In all honesty I love NY but SF has a love hate relationship with me.
Whilst there is a tremendous amount of work to do it also is a city that makes me proud of what we have achieved.. we met the smartest people in massive tech offices today and last week. And when the chats go in the direction that google should fund half of the POC contracts it just is surreal a bit.
Nothing is done, nothing is dusted but it does give you you a sense of pride that you have come this far. There is a lot to do and we are not there by a single stretch but.. people really think that what we do means a lot.
next final stop in the middle is London.. after a “quicky” in NY… Am I ready for London.. I dont know..
After that Switzerland again and then back to Gibraltar..
It is time for me to find home.. and I think I know where it is.
Back in three weeks,
For the boring people of this blog.. some background..
I will update the not for all section this week Friday also.. I dont know why.. I guess things are send to the universe and sometimes they stick..
Have a good rest of the week all !
VioScore what is it actuall build off ?
Maslow' (1943) put forward a theory of human needs, often shown as a pyramid of needs. Each of the lower needs must be satisfied before the higher needs can be addressed and moving up the hierarchy will bring greater life satisfaction and wellbeing. Maslow identified the following as basic needs:
· Physiological needs - The most pre-potent of needs, these include eating, sleeping and drinking. If these needs are not satisfied, the person will seek to address them before anything else.
· Safety needs - Once physiological needs have been addressed, these will become the priority. This may be safety from physical danger, or in normal circumstances manifest itself as a preference for the familiar.
· Love and belongingness needs - Beyond the safety needs, people have a need for love and friendship. They seek a place within a social group.
· Esteem needs - The desire for confidence, achievement, independence, and freedom (Internal Esteem). Coupled with these is also the desire for reputation and prestige (i.e., esteem from others, External Esteem).
· Self-actualisation needs - These needs lead to the full development of a person's potential. As such they will be different for each person. For one person it may be painting, for another the need to invent.
Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs (MHON) has been used conceptually to understand human behaviour and improve outcomes in various fields. In practice, each level of the hierarchy is linked to a subject area, by providing examples of what meeting each level would entail in context. This is used to create guidance for improving outcomes by meeting people’s needs, starting at the lower levels, and moving up.
We at VioScore have build an model based on needs and a holistic view of a person.. the fact that in the USA 42 Million people have no access to Credit is mind blowing.. I hope that we can get to the next phase of our journey and I strongly believe that this has a bigger purpose.
